When making a reservation, a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card may be used to hold your reservation. The card number will be taken but nothing will be charged. Full payment is due upon check in. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- When canceling before two weeks from the day you planned to check in – no penalty is charged.
- When canceling within two weeks from the day you planned to check in – one-night’s fee will be charged to your credit card.
- When canceling within one week of the day you planned to check in – you will be responsible to pay for your entire stay, unless we re-rent your reserved room.
